Our special theme evenings are one of the highlights of your stay at the Chalet Portillo - Dolomites Ski & Mountain Resort allowing you to taste real South Tyrolean specialities as well as cheese, wine, olive oil, Balsamico vinegar and dessert wines.

In the Chalet Portillo - Dolomites Ski & Mountain Resort we therefore value natural, regional and biological products, as well as careful preparation. Especially for this reason we are able to create a unique pleasure, which combines flavour and wellbeing.
Interior design made with trunk wood but also with combinations of old and new wood, whose surface, however, is mostly fitted with the optic effect of the old wood by the chopped styling. A lot of natural stone, precious tree root lamps and modern accessories are added, too. So, even the corridors and the side rooms are raised to oasis of coziness!
