Chalet La Petitta is situated in Jouvenceaux which is one of the most stunning old villages of Sauze D’Oulx. This beautiful little family run hotel is one of our favourites and also has the added benefit of being less then a 3 minute walk to the chairlift and slopes that take you up and down into the full Milky Way ski area.
If you love a quaint cobblestone village with a beautiful fresco painted 15th Century church and fountain with cattle troughs on the corner, then this is the hotel for you.
Family run, the hotel has an abundance of Character which you will see from the photos. The vaulted ceiling bar and dining area really do have the ‘wow factor’ and the home made food and care from the family are a delight.
A childhood home restored and converted into a small friendly family run hotel. It is a typical mountain home with stone walls, woodstoves and open fireplaces. Comfortable and peaceful, each bedroom has a private bathroom. There is a dining room plus reading and TV room. It also has a room with facilities for the disabled.
If nightlife isn’t your thing, and you want a great break that’s close to the skiing but has an peaceful olde worlde charm, then the Chalet La Petitta is bound to impress.
Rooms
The bedrooms have been renovated out of the old barn and each one has its own unique characteristics, from the stonewalling inside the shower to the little ventilation window which once prevented the hay from boiling, as well as the not exactly straight walls! Each one has its own private bathroom complete with shower and wc.
Each one is individually furnished.. The rooms are arranged over two floors with independent entrances. There is a covered external staircase to get from the rooms to the bar/restaurant area.
Each room is equipped with a safety deposit box, internet access and a TV on request.
