hotel hermitage lies in one of the most enchanting positions in the midst of a private park, with breathtaking views towards the brenta dolomites. in the recent renovation of this attractive hotel, the maffei family wanted to create an organic, natural environment aimed at those who enjoy being surrounded by nature. lots of natural materials such as wood and stone have been used in the building of the hotel, which is also furnished with natural products and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
the family have been in the restaurant business since the 1950´s and now signor giacomo has created his fabulous new restaurant within the hotel in a restored mountain hut. fresh and mostly locally sourced ingredients are used to provide delicious cuisine and a superb wine cellar boasting a prestigeous wine list.
the hotel provides a minibus service to and from the lifts which runs on demand throughout the day, and in the early evening to the village centre located 1.8km away.
