Situated in one of Valloire's loveliest hamlets (Les Verneys), only two minutes' drive from the centre of the village, Les Fermes du Planet is a recently built chalet set amongst a few other detached houses. It is built alongside Chalet Le Planet.

Conveniently located about 80m from Les Verneys chair lift, Les Verneys, it is also within the same distance of a boulangerie, a pizzeria, a newsagent and a ski shop. There is also a regular bus service to the centre of Valloire.

A small river runs at the back of the garden with the mountain slope immediately behind. Road access is very easy as there is no slope to climb.

Les Fermes du Planet is a modern chalet with excellent facilities including sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and fitness room. It comprises 3 spacious luxury apartments, which have been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard of comfort and convenience.

The living areas have an open fire, satellite TV, telephone and a double pull-out bed (making up 2 single beds); the fully equipped kitchenettes have 4-ring electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave.

Each apartment has a washing machine and tumble dryer, hairdryer in each bathroom, private ski locker with heated boot rack, garage and an outdoor parking space.

Apartment number 1 (55m2) sleeps 6: two bedrooms (a double and a twin), two bathrooms and two wc’s (1 separate). Faces west.
