Location
The Clubhotel Plein Sud is just 200m from the Setaz telecabine, so it's in a great position from which to start each day’s skiing from. It’s also very easy to get back to the hotel during the day for groups looking to enjoy our popular hot lunches. The charming village of Valloire retains its traditional French charm and, being just 100m from the village centre, you and your students will really feel part of this lovely little town.

As you would expect with a Clubhotel, ski fit is provided by our highly trained technicians who maintain all the equipment to the highest possible standards.
Ski pass options
We provide a ski pass covering all of the skiing areas of Valloire and Valmeinier. This is a great resort for beginners and intermediates with long cruising blue and red runs plus a handful of blacks to keep you on your toes. The main beginners area is up at 2000m, thus providing excellent snow sure conditions throughout the season.
Rooms
The Clubhotel Plein Sud has 36 en suite rooms, with the majority enjoying south facing balconies – hence the hotel's name. Rooms are 2 - 6 bedded.
Security
We know how important it is to provide you, your pupils and their parents with complete peace of mind. All of our staff are carefully selected for their skills and experience, and then carefully screened. At the Plein Sud we operate 24 hour staffing of the hotel, with an English speaking night porter on duty every night. Entrance to the hotel is by a coded door.
Catering
The Clubhotel Plein Sud is famous for offering the type of catering that school groups enjoy. Enough to excite the taste buds of the more adventurous, and to offer a taste of our host country, but with sufficient staples to ensure everyone enjoys a healthy, nutritious diet during their stay with us. The Clubhotel Plein Sud is also a great option for hot lunches due to its convenient location close to the lift. The large restaurant and adjoining bar, complete with large TV and DVD player, lend themselves perfectly to hosting quiz nights, karaoke and disco evenings. The resort also offers a wealth of both outdoor and indoor après options.
