This private luxury chalet is located on the exclusive Les Carats enclave, and it is perched over the valley with one of the most beautiful view over Val d'Isère. It includes 4 floors, facing east / south, a sun deck and balcony 

The building complies with the best modern architecture standards: framework in armed concrete along with soundproofing and heat insulation. Meanwhile the walls, covered with Val d'Isère stone, and the roof made of "ltoze" (another typical stone of Val d'Isère) respect the traditional local style.

Wide bays directed towards east and south, offer a fairy view, night and day, over Val d'Isère and the Iseran mountain. Indoors, our interior home designer, Mr Vincent Monod, fully succeeded in creating a warm "savoyarde" atmosphere, combined with "Provençal" colours. The “bournes savoyardes" or chimneys, provided in the living-room and the master suite of the Chalet A, were built in thorough respect to the local style and tradition.

King-size bed (or 2 twin-beds), with en-suite bathroom with shower and wash-basin. Ceiling and walls in pine, oak floor, integrated wooden wardrobe on both sides of the bed, LCD TV set. 

 

Bedroom 3

King-size bed (or 2 twin-beds), with separate bathroom with shower and wash-basin. Ceiling and walls in pine, oak floor, integrated wooden wardrobe on both sides of the bed, LCD TV set.

Bedroom 4

King-size bed (or 2 twin-beds), with en-suite bathroom with shower and wash-basin. Ceiling and walls in pine, integrated wooden wardrobe on both sides of the bed, LCD TV set.

Bedroom 5 (Kids Burk Room)

Kids Burk Room, with separate toilets and bathroom with shower. 2 twin-beds (80 X 200) in the mezzanine, and 2 beds (200 X 90 and 190X 80). Ceiling and walls in pine, integrated wooden wardrobe, LCD TV set.

Hammam

After a day on the slopes, back to the chalet for a well deserved lounge in steam room (Hammam) before heading into town to explore the many bars and shops.

Lunch and dinner may be provided by one chef for 'family cooking'.

Booking in advance is necessary, mentioning the days: until 8 people to be served: 80 euros per lunch, 100 euros per dinner, above 8 up to 12 people, the price is doubled (one cook and one butler) 160 euros for lunch and 200 euros for dinner. Food will be provided according to your wishes at cost price. Exceptionally, we also can provide a professional cook 'three stars', the price is 300 euros per meal for two persons (cook and butler).



BREAKFAST



Every morning, from 8:00 am to 9:30 am a lavish continental breakfast will be served. You can specify you requirements prior to your arrival and during your stay all you need is ask.





CUISINE AND WINES (IN OPTION)



Lunch and dinner can be provided by our own chef. Booking in advance is necessary, mentioning the days you require. The service will cost 80 euros per lunch, 100 euros per dinner. The menu can be discussed in advance and all food is charge at cost price.



Our cellar includes some of the greatest French vintages, from the most reputed wine regions : Loire, Bordeaux, Alsace, Champagne.



There is a £2800 guarantee which will be refunded one week after the departure. Which is payable at time of final balance due.
