CLUB Bellevarde is our imposing stone-and-timber lodge for 24 guests situated on the edge of the Santons piste. This means that you really can click in and out of your bindings a few steps from the ski room door. CLUB chalets are reserved by the room; this engenders a convivial atmosphere and lovely relaxing place to meet families or other like-minded skiers.

There are abundant plump and inviting sofas from which to enjoy a relaxing novel or warm your toes in front of the open fire and a cosy bar with unlimited draft beer and wine. For the young or so inclined there is also the ubiquitous 42" HD TV with Freesat and Wii. The giant vaulted dining room offers a canapé reception every evening and CLUB dining from your Chef with a more flexible menu plan and choice of dishes. Twin hot tubs on the sprawling terrace are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the breath-taking view.

CLUB holidays are intended to distil the very best of the celebrated club-hotel atmosphere but with the intimacy and exclusivity of a private home.

Our Executive Chef is passionate about food and hugely sensitive to the appetite of hungry skier and healthy palate. The new and refined 2012 menus are heavy enough to reward mountain exertion yet light and simple enough to leave you grinning not groaning.

If you are staying in one of our larger CLUB chalets then your chef will be offering canapés and a choice of menu every evening; a little more choice to pander the penchant of everyone in the party.

Our wines are selected by our Chalet Sommelier, Xavier Rousset. Chief Sommelier at the Hotel du Vin from 1999 to 2004 and Ruinart UK Sommelier of the Year in 2002, Xavier then became the youngest Master Sommelier in the world. After working as Head Sommelier at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Xavier opened his own restaurant, Texture, with Head Chef, Agnar Sverrisson in 2007. We are all privileged to enjoy Xavier’s advice and share in his passion.
