This charming chalet is in the heart of the old village of Val d'Isère, a stone's throw from the traditional, picturesque Church of St Bernard de Menthon, the best-known landmark of central Val.

Tucked away in an old, narrow lane, Les Barmettes enjoys a quiet location, but all the amenities of the resort are right on the doorstep, with the shops and après ski within easy and tempting reach!

Ideal for a small group of friends, the chalet is on the first floor of this Savoyard building, and has a recently refurbished cosy lounge/dining area with a log burning fire in an attractive stone surround, and a sunny south-facing balcony.

Children in chalet... Please note that on non school holiday dates children under the age of 13 may not be permitted unless the group have taken booked the whole chalet. Please also note that Children under the age of 13 will only be served high tea and will not be permitted to dine with the adults. High teas are served at 5:30 as the main evening meal for children under 13. Children 13 or older will dine with the adults normally at around 20:00 to 20:30 each evening (except on chalet staffs night off)

Please note that the tour operator for this holiday will make a charge of £35 per person per week for any special dietary requirements. These include Vegan meals, Gluten Free low fat or Cholesterol meals. For any other recognised special diet e.g. kosher - please refer to our Reservations team. Vegetarian meals can always be served at no additional cost, though we do need 14 days notice. Other special diets can often be provided but must be discussed with our reservations staff before booking and may incur an additional charge". For general requests such as 'no tomatoes' or 'no cheese' etc there is of course no additional charge.
