Located in the upper part of Tignes Val Claret, Le Borsat IV was renovated in 2004. There are 62 apartments in one 6 floored building with 2 lifts. Situated at the foot of the slopes and close to the shops, this residence has great ski access.

In every apartment:

- Equipped kitchenette with hot plates, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher and electric coffee maker

- Bathroom with separate WC (shower room with WC in studio 4)

- Balcony

- Bed linen is included and towels can be hired in resort (approx 7.5€)

- Comfort Plus formula available including beds made on arrival, towels and end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area) for 26€/person - must be pre-booked

- Television not included (payable locally)

- Free WIFI area in reception

- Indoor and outdoor parking available subject to availability (approx €69/vehicle/week payable locally).

Studio 4 persons (23m²):

Living room with single sofa bed and pull out bed, one cabin area (separated by a sliding partition) with single bed and pull out bed. Please note there is no space for cots in these apartments. Please also note a cabin area is not a separate room.

These apartments operate on a self-catered basis but for an additional cost a catered service can be arranged.
