This small residence consists of 30 apartments located directly on the pistes with a wonderful view over the beautiful traditional village of St Martin de Belleville.

Built in Savoyard style, it offers an indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and cardio-training room which are free for residents and there is a spa centre (at a charge payable locally).

In every apartment:

Equipped kitchen (with fridge, multifunction microwave oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric coffee maker and kettle, mixer, pressure cooker and toaster) Bathroom with heated towel rail and WC (maybe separate) and hair dryer Beds made up on arrival (except sofa bed) and towels are provided Telephone (payable locally) Satellite TV Balcony Limited covered parking (approx. 70€ per week) and it is recommended to request this in advance End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area).
