Marek the chef this year 2010/11 has an absolute passion for producing a real culinary experience throughout your stay. Our chef sources the freshest local produce of the region where possible and uses his experience and talent to create daily menus that will surprise, excite and satisfy those taste buds!
Six days a week you will have a three course meal with local wines, followed by a cheese board and coffee. There is one staff day off a week giving you the chance to experience one of the excellent local restaurants!
Every day we serve cooked or continental breakfast; fresh croissants, pains au chocolat, baguettes, fresh fruits, cereals, juices, tea, coffee, ham and cheese will all be available.
After a long day on the slopes, come back to the chalet for afternoon tea, freshly baked cakes, hot and cold drinks and a deserved relax before dinner!
Canapés will precede evening dinner with the chance to enjoy an aperitif and catch up with the day's events!
Our chef will then serve a delicious three course meal with a choice of local red and white wines. Dessert will be followed by locally sourced cheeses and coffee.
We can also arrange an early children’s menu if required and informed in advance! |
