The Ferme d'Elise is situated on a quiet hillside on the edge of Morzine at the start of the valley de la Manche. It is a five minute walk to the Nyon Lift and on the Nyon Navette route. Morzine town centre is just a ten minute walk away.

The chalet is designed to provide a level of relaxation, service and luxury which will be without equal in Morzine. It is our mission to make this chalet the most desirable location for your winter break.

All rooms as standard are equipped with super king size or twin beds, white linen, luxurious towels, fluffy robes, complimentary slippers and Molton Brown toiletries. Balconies are provided to 4 of the rooms with views overlooking the Pleney ski slopes. The suite on the 1st floor benefits from a double balcony, disabled facilities and a large sofa and relaxation area.

This stunning chalet is designed by the renowned local architect Alain Marullaz. This new chalet is constructed over 3 floors in the traditional style of a Savoyard farmhouse but offers the benefits of a new build in terms of unrivalled facilities and luxury. The chalet will comfortably accommodate 16 but can be increased to 19 if required. All bedrooms are en-suite with relaxing baths provided throughout.

The open plan lounge, dining area is situated on the top floor with open eaves and spectacular views of the Point de Nyon. The living area is largely glass fronted with a large south facing terrace off the dining area for those pre dinner drinks. A small bar provides all your refreshment requirements.

To maintain the relaxed ambiance in the lounge area a separate large screen home cinema is available with satellite TV and selection of DVD's. This room also provides a conference facility. Wireless broadband internet access is available throughout the chalet.

At Ferme D'Elise we believe that food is as important as your accommodation and we aim to to provide the highest standards of hospitality. We only employ chefs who are talented professionals and are from Michelin restaurant backgrounds.

Breakfast

A typical day starts with a selection of cereals, yoghurts, freshly baked breads and croissants plus the option of a cooked breakfast to set you up for a full days skiing.

Afternoon tea

On your return from the slopes a selection of freshly baked cakes are served in the lounge area or on the terrace (weather permitting) for afternoon tea. Choose from a wide range of refreshments which includes vin chaud, hot chocolate, teas infusions and coffees.

Dinner

In the evening, pre dinner cocktails and canapés are followed by a wholesome four course gourmet meal prepared by your very own qualified chef and includes a selection of local cheeses and house wines. With so much energy expended on and off the slopes we provide portions required to keep you going.

Any special dietary requirements can be catered for and we are pleased to offer early suppers for the children allowing parents to relax and enjoy the rest of the evening.

In addition to the complimentary house wines served with your meals we offer an optional upgrade from our wine cellars for supplementary charge. The wine upgrade features fine wines paired with your meal chosen by our very own sommelier.

One evening a week, we take the night off and give you the opportunity to sample one of the many excellent local restaurants, we will gladly offer our recommendations and make reservations for you.

We source all our produce locally and in the last seven years we have discovered the best markets for organic seasonal vegetables, free range poultry, and local cheeses. Of course you can discuss your personal requirements with our chef who will be more than happy to cater for any special dietary requirements.

The chalet features two large circular dining tables to allow an intimate and relaxed dining experience for smaller groups.

We have an extensive wine cellar and at the bar we offer a wide selection of aperitifs, wines, beers, champagne, digestifs, soft drinks and mixers.
