the neighbour and natural partner to aurore, ski lodge boréale boasts the same perfect and very private location in méribel's exclusive brames enclave. the south-westerly aspect gives it a sunny air, along with outstanding views of mont vallon. inside, the soaring drawing room is elegant and spacious, overlooked by a galleried study: a peaceful space that's perfect for quiet reading or catching up with events while you are away.
boréale is a restful chalet, smoothed by the panorama of the surrounding snow covered trees. a massage room and sauna add to the relaxation, as does the funky 'home cinema' and pool table, not to mention the fabulous heated pool and hot tub. the main living space is stylish and contemporary, with corbusier armchairs, a huge italian corner sofa and chic leather dining chairs.

At This chalet , Your hosts have a passion for fine food and wine. They only use the finest ingredients and wherever possible, local and seasonal produce, sourced from markets and farms. Throughout your stay our talented chefs will indulge your tastes, exploring the flavours and textures of the finest ingredients.
We stock a range of excellent wines, but if you have any requests, however rare, we will track them down and have them ready for you when you arrive. Of course, there is always chilled champagne waiting for you and your guests.
We ensure that your dining experience is bespoke, rather than routine and our chefs will be delighted to discuss your requirements. For formal dining they can create gastronomic magic; if you want local specialities, classic dining or comfort food in front of the TV, they can do that too.
We carry excellent house wines for your enjoyment and give you the opportunity to choose from our a la carte wine and champagne list specially designed for our clients. |
