chalet rachelle is one of the finest five star european ski chalets in the 3 valleys designed and constructed to the most exacting specifications. the large south facing sitting room features floor to ceiling bay windows, an open log fireplace and is beautifully furnished with deep cushion armchairs and sofas, satellite tv, dvd, video and music systems. the central feature of the dining room is the magnificent oak dining table which looks out through huge bay windows onto the sun terrace and mountains beyond. adjacent to the sitting room, an open plan bureau houses a telephone and computer system with complimentary email and internet access. the europe ski chalet has five fully en rooms

Individual packed lunches for the slopes including sandwiches, crisps, fruit & soft drinks and organised mountain picnics with beer and wine can be provided on request at an additional cost.



Afternoon Tea

On return from the slopes relax in front of a roaring log fire and unwind with tea, freshly ground coffee, mulled wine and a selection of homemade cakes and biscuits.



Dinner

One of the holiday highlights. Our chef prepares superb four-course dinners six nights a week. One night a week we ask you to dine out and sample one of Meribel’s mouth-watering restaurants where we can arrange tables and reservations in advance. Back at the chalet, pre-dinner Champagne and canapés are usually served around 7.30pm, followed by dinner at 8.0pm – but, as ever, mealtimes can be altered to suit our guests requirements.



Complimentary Drinks

Mulled wine with afternoon tea, pre-dinner Champagne, a selection of high quality red and whites wine with dinner and tea and coffee at all times.



In addition, the chalet has a fully stocked bar on the terrace offering a comprehensive selection of complimentary soft drinks, bottled waters, wines, spirits and beers.
