 This superb chalet was built in traditional Savoyard style just four years ago, in a quiet location, set back and slightly above the main road, close to our Chalet Côte d’Arlin. The owner, an expert carpenter, has lovingly done much of the interior wood panelling himself, ensuring a high degree of care and attention to detail, with many delightful features.

The sauna on the ground floor is a perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes and the living/dining-room with its log fire and comfy seating provides a haven in which to unwind.

The resort centre and ski pistes are approximately 10 minutes walk, however our complimentary minibus service whisks you to and from the lifts, morning and afternoons, so there is no need to walk far, except the final 50 metre incline to the chalet.

For your added convenience, we can also arrange for a private rental ski and boot fitting service to come direct to the L’Ancolie.

Children in chalet... Please note that on non school holiday dates children under the age of 13 may not be permitted unless the group have taken booked the whole chalet. Please also note that Children under the age of 13 will only be served high tea and will not be permitted to dine with the adults. High teas are served at 5:30 as the main evening meal for children under 13. Children 13 or older will dine with the adults normally at around 20:00 to 20:30 each evening (except on chalet staffs night off)

Please note that the tour operator for this holiday will make a charge of £35 per person per week for any special dietary requirements. These include Vegan meals, Gluten Free low fat or Cholesterol meals. For any other recognised special diet e.g. kosher - please refer to our Reservations team. Vegetarian meals can always be served at no additional cost, though we do need 14 days notice. Other special diets can often be provided but must be discussed with our reservations staff before booking and may incur an additional charge". For general requests such as 'no tomatoes' or 'no cheese' etc there is of course no additional charge.
