Chalet Hayley is one of the five chalets located in the "Chalets de Bruyeres" development in Les Menuires - the chalet is independent and can be booked on it's own as a full chalet or by the room but it can also be booked with one of the other chalets to provide a great location for groups of up to 75 people. The chalet is in the same terrace as Chalet Flora, Chalet Estelle, Chalet Gabrielle and Chalet Delfina.



The chalets are located literally right on the doorstep of the Bruyéres gondola lift - the picture at the foot of the page was taken from our back door and you can't get much closer than this! The gondola lift takes you straight up to the peak above the Meribel valley (Mont de la Chambre at 2850m) from where you can ski down into Val Thorens, Meribel or Les Menuires. The development is right on the piste, and in the centre of the village for all the amenities including an ice rink and heated swimming pool just 100m away, ski school and crèche next door and nightclub 200m away.



Chalet Hayley can accommodate up to 12 adults people for normal occupancy - if you are booking the full chalet, it is possible to add an additional two beds for children but this will reduce the available space in the living room. There are six bedrooms of various different types with different prices to reflect their sizes.  All rooms are en-suite and are equipped with en-suite showers.



The comfortable living room has a space to sit and relax around the cosy fireplace or a dining area which is an ideal place for board games outside of meal times. The mini-bar offers a selection of wines, beers and soft-drinks which you can enjoy on the sun terrace in the afternoons or soak away the aches and pains of a hard days skiing in the hot-tub while taking in the great view across the Val Thorens. For those who need to keep in touch with the outside world, a free WIFI internet connection is provided in the chalet.



In the hallway at the back of the chalets there is a ski room for each chalet with heated electric boot warmers - from this corridor you take the security coded lift which takes you up and drops you on the piste at the foot of the gondola lift - access to the pistes really couldn't be easier.

The main menu is identical wherever you go so even in our lower priced chalets, you won't go short of good quality food. We want to see left-overs on our tables - or you haven't had enough to eat. We can cater for all types of special dietary requirements - including vegetarian, gluten free, lactose-free, nut-free and child menus with many products imported from England to suit the tastes of the British kids.



Apart from the traditional porridge, cereals and continental breakfast, we also include a full cooked English breakfast with bacon, sausages and baked beans (especially imported from the UK) to keep the real traditional taste .... a great way to start the day. And when you return from skiing, our afternoon tea will satisfy those hunger pangs with French bread and home-made cake in plentiful supply - not limited to one piece per person so no need to make sure you're first back from the slopes!



On the chalet couple's day off (one day in the middle of the week), a buffet breakfast will be available for you to help yourselves - the only day of the week when the Full English option is not available. The resort managers and other chalet staff will be around to make sure you have all you need and to clear up and set the table for afternoon tea - although your chalet couple are away for the day, the resort managers will be available if you need anything. In the evening, you can try out one of the local restaurants - we have the menus in the chalets and our staff can help you make your choice and book you a table.



Our menus are not complicated - they are based on normal home cooked food rather than fancy complicated recipes. This way we ensure that most options suit the tastes of most people and the staff are more than capable of producing perfect results every time.
