The eagerly anticipated Edenarc provides high end accommodation in a desirable ski in/ski out location in Arc 1800. Entirely car free, the residence is situated on the sunny upper side of the Chantel area of Arc 1800 thus benefiting from great views of the Mont Blanc and the Tarentaise Valley. While two of the three residences which make up EdenArc are still under construction, the first residence Les Souverains is ready to receive its first guests this season. The ‘aqua centre’ comprises a heated indoor swimming pool, an indoor/outdoor pool, a large jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, relaxation area and a fitness room. Other services include luggage assistance on arrival (Saturdays only), welcome cocktail (Sundays), babysitting and DVD library (both payable locally).
In every apartment:
- Equipped kitchenette (oven, ceramic hobs, fridge/freezer and dishwasher)
- Bathroom or shower room and WC
- Satellite flat screen television
- Balcony or terrace
- WIFI access in the apartments
- Bed linen and towels are included as well as a mid-week change
- End of stay cleaning (except kitchen and bathrooms) and a mid-week ‘quick clean’ of the apartment and cleaning kit are included
- Underground parking available (payable locally).

3 bedroom duplex 6/8 persons (76-84m²):
Living room with sofa bed sleeping two persons, one double and two twin bedrooms. Additional shower room and WC.
4 bedroom duplex 8/10 persons (98-111m²):
Large living room with sofa bed sleeping two persons, two twin and two double bedrooms. Additional shower room and WC.
