A private indoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi is available (free of charge to guests) and one free sauna or steam room session/apartment/week (additional sessions are payable locally). A bakery delivery service can be organised and paid for locally and a communal lounge is available for use within reception opening hours.

For clients wishing to take advantage of the overnight train services coming into Bourg St Maurice, this residence offers the perfect solution. Located just across the road from the funicular train arrival point, the residence have an unsupervised luggage room available as well as changing room and communal shower facilities in the pool area which can be used by guests within opening hours. The residence will also try to have your apartment ready early for your arrival if possible.
