Built in a traditional style but with modern décor, Chalet Joly has a pleasant open-plan lounge/dining area with TV and a sun-trap balcony which benefits from excellent views of the pistes and surrounding area. This season we have refurbished the chalet so rooms 2,3,4 and 5 are fully en suite and room 1 has its own shower. NB. there is a bunk bed in the hall for children only when a group takes the whole chalet (children do not eat with the main group).

Plagne Village. Situated in the snow sure area of Plagne Village (2050 metres), Chalet Joly is ideal for ski convenience as just across the road is the Telebus lift directly into La Plagne Centre. Alternatively, it is possible to ski from just below the chalet to the St Esprit draglift or Melezes chairlift. Just opposite the chalet are restaurants, shops and a bar and the main nightlife of Plagne Centre is easily accessed by the Telebus (free of charge) which currently runs until 20:30hrs.

Food matters a lot to us and we take great care in planning and creating our delicious menus. They are designed to give you what your body needs for active days on the mountain.

- We continue to offer FREE unlimited wine until coffee and there is also the opportunity to upgrade your wine at dinner

A hearty breakfast

Begin your ski day with fresh bread, a choice of preserves, cereals, porridge, yoghurts, fresh fruit, fruit juice and unlimited tea and coffee, PLUS a simple cooked option of eggs and one other hot item.

On your return from the slopes

A freshly baked cake or biscuits with tea and coffee awaits…..

In the evening

Enjoy a delicious freshly cooked 3 course meal with unlimited wine until coffee on 6 out of 7 nights.

We also provide bath, hand towels and soap.

Packed Lunches

If you've still got room for lunch after our hearty breakfast, we can help you avoid the queues and expensive mountain restaurants with a packed lunch, freshly made that morning by your chalet host. Available in our European chalets and Ski Lodges for either 3 or 5 days, it includes a sandwich, piece of fruit, carton of juice, cereal bar and packet of crisps. Priced at £15 for 3 days and £25 for 5 days, who needs to worry about blowing the budget?

New for the 2011/2012 season, we have introduced our Wine Menu - a collection of carefully chosen mixed wine cases ranging from local specialities to the Connoisseurs collection.
