Chalet Pralong is perfectly situated adjacent to the Pralong chair lift near the Altiport in 1850. In the morning the six man chairlift will lead you off into the Trois Vallées to start your skiing. At the end of the day you will be able to ski straight back to your front door. This chalet apartment is perfectly situated for immediate access to the slopes - the ultimate ski-in, ski-out location.
This chalet apartment accommodates 4 people comfortably, although it does have 3 bedrooms, so can accommodate up to 6.
Pralong is on the ground floor of a smart development towards the top of Courchevel 1850. It is well furnished throughout with a traditional alpine combination of wood and stone and lovely wooden floors in the living and bedroom areas. The living area looks out onto the piste and has double doors that lead directly onto the small terrace.
Chalet Pralong is located right next door to Chalet Praline, making it ideal for two families wanting to be near each other, but with the privacy of their own chalet.
Pralong has three bedrooms, each of which has its own private bathroom. The Master bedroom has a balcony with valley views and an additional freestanding shower. There is one small twin room (PB3) which is more suitable for children, with an en-suite bathroom and a separate WC.
Room 1 - Double
Well proportioned master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Balcony and views over the Bozel valley. Bathroom has bath, separate shower and WC.
Room 2 - Double
A small double room with en-suite bathroom with WC. No window in the bathroom.
Room 3 - Twin
A small twin room with en-suite bathroom with small bath. The room only has an internal window. No window in the bathroom.
Childcare
This operator pioneered skiing holidays with childcare and this is an optional extra that many families consider indispensable. We offer childcare from 4 months and ensure that children have the most fantastic holidays and that parents can completely relax with peace of mind that their family is in great hands. Your children can be taken to and collected from ski lessons and will be kept entertained with a varied and imaginative activity programme and given healthy home made lunches and snacks.
Our childcare staff are qualified professionals and guests can opt to have a private nanny service . Babysitting is available too. A wide range of equipment for babies and toddlers can be provided to all guests on request, mostly free of charge.
Private Nanny
Qualified (CACHE trained or similar) nannies who are recruited for their mature but fun approach to childcare. The operator offers pre-season training, which includes a comprehensive first aid course. Nannies provide a structured day including food, entertainment and transport to and from lessons.
Baby Sitting
Baby sitting is available in the evenings on a request basis and is chargeable per hour.
Facilities
Pralong has an open plan living area with French windows giving access to the South facing terrace. In the sitting room there is a flat screen TV, UK Freesat HD, DVD player, Apple AV adapter, iPad, iPod dock and an Xbox 360. WiFi. There is also a ski and boot locker room which is located in the garage area.
