Unlike the set menu you’ll be served by other chalet operators, our ski chalet chefs tailor the menu to your personal taste. Enjoy five-course gourmet dinners in Flagship and Premier chalets and four courses in Original chalets. Delicious breakfasts are also served and you can enjoy tea in bed each morning too.

If you choose to stay here, you’ll enjoy Laurent-Perrier Champagne, and instead of a carafe of anonymous chalet wine, you’ll be served a choice of carefully selected bottles, such as Bois d’Yver Chablis, Pouilly Fume and Cadillac Bordeaux.
Each wine is carefully selected by our master of wine, Keith Isaac, alongside our Food & Beverage manager and Andrew Dunn himself. Andrew has been personally involved in making sure that everything we do is of the highest quality, which includes offering only the finest ingredients to our guests. Every year, each wine is tasted and considered by this group, the culmination of which is a fine wine menu of superb quality and diversity.
