Chalet Ecureuil de Neige is in a tranquil location at the entrance to Courchevel 1650, next to our chalets Lapin and Ours de Neige. It gives skiers the huge advantage of being able to choose where to ski - 1650 or 1850 via 1550. The ski bus to 1550, which runs approximately every 20 minutes stops just across the road from the chalet. The chalet is also only 400m (approx.) to the new escalator which takes you straight to the centre of 1650 and the lifts. From here skiers can enjoy the traditionally less crowded slopes of 1650 which also have a reputation for being sunny yet holding the snow superbly. From 1550, the telecabine takes skiers directly to the Croisette in 1850. The ski school in 1550 is also the largest in the Courchevel area. The bars and restaurants of the lovely ‘real’ resort of 1650 are only 500 metres (approx.) from our chalets.



Chalet Ecureuil de Neige is a beautiful ‘chocolate box’ chalet whose attractive exterior is similar to those of our other chalets in this quality development of freestanding properties. Inside however, its owners have added some of their own locally sourced belongings to give this chalet a higher standard of décor and comfort. It has a warm and inviting living/dining area with a large open fire to relax in front of after a day exploring the vast Trois Vallees ski area. All guests will benefit from their own en suite facilities.

Food matters a lot to us and we take great care in planning and creating our delicious menus. They are designed to give you what your body needs for active days on the mountain.

- We continue to offer FREE unlimited wine until coffee and there is also the opportunity to upgrade your wine at dinner

A hearty breakfast

Begin your ski day with fresh bread, a choice of preserves, cereals, porridge, yoghurts, fresh fruit, fruit juice and unlimited tea and coffee, PLUS a simple cooked option of eggs and one other hot item.

On your return from the slopes

A freshly baked cake or biscuits with tea and coffee awaits…..

In the evening

Enjoy a delicious freshly cooked 3 course meal with unlimited wine until coffee on 6 out of 7 nights.

We also provide bath, hand towels and soap.

Packed Lunches

If you've still got room for lunch after our hearty breakfast, we can help you avoid the queues and expensive mountain restaurants with a packed lunch, freshly made that morning by your chalet host. Available in our European chalets and Ski Lodges for either 3 or 5 days, it includes a sandwich, piece of fruit, carton of juice, cereal bar and packet of crisps. Priced at £15 for 3 days and £25 for 5 days, who needs to worry about blowing the budget?

New for the 2011/2012 season, we have introduced our Wine Menu - a collection of carefully chosen mixed wine cases ranging from local specialities to the Connoisseurs collection.
