This residence has a total of 70 apartments, situated near to the train station in the centre of Chamonix. There is a private indoor heated swimming pool, cardio-training room, sauna and steam room which are free for residents. Reservations need to be made at the reception for sauna steam room and spa treatments (payable locally).
