the lounge area – has sliding glass doors opening on to a large balcony with views of the mont blanc vista and the chamonix valley as a whole. it has a spacious sofa and comfortable lounge chairs, also a flat screen tv and dvd player including euro satellite and bose home theatre sound system which also plays cd's.

the kitchen area – is very modern and fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, built-in oven, a 4 ring hob and a dishwasher. it is situated right next to the dining area which seats 6 people.

all bedrooms are upstairs:

bedroom 1 – has an ensuite shower room and is equipped with a large double bed with plenty of hanging and cupboard space.

bedroom 2 – is a twin room with a large chest of drawers.

bedroom 3 – is a spacious twin room with cupboard space.

the bathroom - has a bath with shower, toilet and a large wash basin with mirror.

the shower room – is downstairs and has a shower and wash basin together with a washing machine.

there is also a separate wc downstairs.

there is plenty of storage space in the apartment, with sets of drawers or clothes hangers in the bedrooms. for ski/bike storage there is a ski cave in the basement.

there is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).
