An exceptional 4 bedroom chalet spread over 3 floors with full kitchen, spacious open plan lounge/dining area with log burning fire, home cinema, full laundry facilities, 4 bathrooms (2 bedrooms are ensuite).

Located in Les Bois de Chamonix, a wooded enclave just minutes from Flegere cable car and Chamonix golf course and a 3 minute drive from Chamonix town centre, which has unrivalled views of Mt Blanc and its massif. There are 7 restaurants, 3 bars, post office, convenience store and news agency all within walking distance of the chalet.

There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor, plus a bathroom. The main bedroom is a double which has an ensuite bathroom with shower and WC. The other 2 bedrooms are both twin rooms with overhead velux windows.

On the ground floor there is a full, chalet size, fitted kitchen, large open plan lounge and dining area with open fire. The views from this room are exceptional! There is also a bathroom with shower and WC.

You will find on the lower floor a double bedroom with ensuite shower and WC, spacious lounge area with home cinema and Sat TV. There is also a laundry room with washer & dryer and direct access to the underground car park.
