Chalet des Lacs is a fantastic wood and stone chalet with a real alpine feel, sleeping 10 in 4 bedrooms and a loft. Its open fire, sauna, spacious lounge/dining area and great location combine to make it a perfect chalet for families or large groups.



With its open fire, sauna, spacious lounge/dining area and proximity to Chamonix centre - just a 20 minute walk or a short drive away - it is perfect for families or large groups. There is a Chamonix ski bus stop and ski train station (both free) within a minutes walk.



This home from home chalet is offered on a self catered basis however we are happy to arrange catering for group bookings.



You will find a large garden around the house with a raised terrace in front of the dining area offering great views and a fantastic spot for après ski drinks and a BBQ in spring. There is parking for 2/3 cars around the chalet.



The chalet has a traditional wood and tile interior which offers a wonderful warm atmosphere.



Ground floor Sauna, shower and WC, garage with ski and boot storage plus washing machine. There is also a small self contained studio which is let separately.



First floor Kitchen with oven, microwave, gas/electric cook top, dishwasher, work table and ample storage for your goodies adjoins the dining/lounge area which has stunning views at one end and an open fire at the other plus TV, DVD, Stereo. There is also a bathroom with shower, WC basin and heated towel rack.



2nd Floor Coming up the stairs from the lounge area you will find 2 bathrooms one with bath, WC, basin and the other with shower, WC & basin and a double/twin room opposite. After this is a bunk room and another twin/double room. The main double room is on the front with large balcony overlooking the Chamonix massif.



Loft Up the spiral stairs to a loft room with a double and single bed, this is a reasonably large area which can be used as a bedroom for adults or children or even as a play room for groups with lots of children (caution on spiral staircase).
