This light and airy 56 square metre, two bedroom apartment is on the third floor of Les Alpes 2 and offers very comfortable accommodation for 4-6 people.


Alpes Guillemard offers some of the best views from the Alpes Developent towards the Mont Blanc massif. The apartment enjoys a stylishly laid out corner kitchen.


The apartment is superbly placed just metres from the gorgeous shops and restaurants of Chamonix.


The homely feel of Alpes Guillemard with its sunny balcony and well laid out rooms, makes this apartment an ideal choice for those looking for spacious and comfortable accommodation in the centre of Chamonix.


Please note that construction work is taking place on an adjoining site. The surface car park to Alpes II is closed, but the allocated underground parking is not affected.


The lounge/dining area – has French doors leading to a south facing balcony on the side of the Alpes building, offering great views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille. It is very comfortably furnished with a pine dining table and chairs, sofa bed and TV.


The kitchen area - is modern corner kitchen with small fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven/hob with a large corner cooker hood.


Bedroom 1 – is a double bedroom with views towards the Mont Blanc Massif.


Bedroom 2 – is a twin having a single bed with a pull out bed underneath and also with views towards Brevent ski area. (Please note this bedrook currently overlooks construction work).


The family bathroom - has a bath with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC.


There is plenty of storage space in the apartment, with floor to ceiling cupboards in the entrance hall and sets of drawers or wardrobes in the bedrooms. For ski/bike storage there is a ski cave in the basement.


There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).
