1st floor

the lounge/dining area - is spacious with a double sofa bed as well as a dining table. it also has a tv with euro satellite & a dvd player. the living room opens out to a small balcony overlooking the river l'arve and up onto the mont blanc massif.

the kitchen area – is very modern and fully equipped with fridge/freezer compartment, a 4 ring hob, a built-in oven/microwave and a dishwasher.

bedroom 1 – is a twin bedroom with plenty of built-in wardrobe space.

the family bathroom - has a bath with built-in shower, a large mirror and wash basin together with a washing machine.

there is also a separate wc.

there is plenty of storage space in the apartment, with a set of wardrobes in the bedroom and hallway. for ski storage there is a ski locker in the basement.

there is also secure underground parking for one vehicle (please bear in mind a height restriction of approx. 2m).

please note that whilst the overground parking area is closed due to nearby construction work, the allocated underground parking is unaffected.
