Le Rochas enjoys an ideal location for ski enthusiasts as it is very close to the resort escalator which leads directly to the main lift station (200m away) and near the centre of the resort for non-skiers and après-ski, next to the resort ice-rink.  It offers magnificent views towards the ‘Pic Blanc’ summit.


The chalet housing 4 apartments was entirely refurbished in 2005 in typical mountain style.


The 1 bedroom apartment (55m2) on offer is fitted and furnished to a good standard of comfort and convenience.


It has a living area with double sofa bed and TV, bathroom with bath, separate wc, fully equipped kitchenette with electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee-maker, toaster, raclette set. The bedroom sleeps 3 in a double and a single bed. There is an extra folding bed. The apartment enjoys a south-facing balcony, large ski/luggage lockers, a garden area, covered parking space for one car.
