If you prefer a more quiet and peaceful location then the Chalet Hotel Schweizerhof is your answer. Ideal for families, this friendly, spacious chalet hotel is situated in the quiet hamlet of Nasserein, just at the edge of St Anton. The slopes and the ski school are just a 5 minute shuttle bus away, or you can ski down to the piste. St Anton itself is within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Chalet Hotel Schweizerhof is extremely comfortable. Warmly decorated with wood panelling and rich colour schemes, and large picture windows to make the most of the views. On the first floor there is a large open plan dining room, a well stocked bar and cosy lounge.



The bedrooms are spacious, well furnished and all have en-suite bathrooms and televisions.  Most rooms will take an extra child's bed and if you are travelling with younger children there are a number of inter-connecting rooms.



Children are well catered for too with a large brightly coloured crèche and outdoor play area fully staffed by a team of fun-loving nannies, who will do their utmost to make sure our younger guests are well entertained and enjoy their holiday as much as you do. The crèche is open from 9am to 5.30pm and our nannies will also supervise lunch and high tea for you, so you can enjoy guilt-free skiing for as long as you like.



Dining is plentiful and our chefs put on a fabulous daily spread of breakfast, tea and dinner. From a good hearty breakfast to a decadent high tea including home-made cakes, biscuits, fresh bread and soup. And to round the day off, a delicious three course evening meal with complimentary wine.



The hotel has a health and beauty salon - where you can indulge in an aromatherapy massage or body wrap or just relax in the sauna and steam room and relax any ski aches and pains.



Ski Hosting

We run our extremely popular ski hosting programme at the Chalet Hotel Rosanna. For 2 days of the week our ski hosts will guide you around the mountain, taking in the local ski area and Lech and Zurs. We group people on ability with 3 groups available; leisurely, intermediate and advanced, this means that you can go at your pace throughout the day.



St Anton is a great ski area for skiers and boarders of all abilities, but particularly good for intermediate and advanced. Our 2 days of ski hosting is a great way to make the most of your time on the mountain, not having to stop to read the piste map or worrying about heading off in the wrong direction! Children aged 12 years upwards are also welcome to join the hosting groups, but must be accompanied by an adult.



Please note that there is a small charge for transport on one day of ski hosting taken in Lech and Zurs.



Childcare

Chalet hotel Schweizerhof and the resort of St Anton are ideal for a family ski holiday. Childcare at the hotel is available for children from age 4 months to 12 years and is pre-bookable prior to departure.



The hotel crèche is colourful, fun and fully equipped with all essentials such as toys, cots, potties, bottle sterilisers and fridge. There is also a 24 hour kitchen facility for any late night feeds.



Every evening we offer a drop in crèche facility which runs from 7:30 - 11.00pm allowing parents to relax over dinner whilst the children enjoy quiet time supervised by our nannies with a DVD and a story. Babysitting is available at an extra charge but subject to availability



We work very closely with Ski Schule Arlberg, who are happy to teach children from 4 years upwards. Children that are booked into the children’s clubs will be dropped off and collected from ski school by our childcare staff and from there bought back to the hotel where we provide lunch and afternoon activities (or return to ski school) all supervised.



For children that are not skiing and are booked into the children’s clubs then a mountain of fun and games both indoor and outdoor awaits daily.

It's important to us that you enjoy every moment of your holiday - the skiing, the resorts, and - of course, the food and drink. We've taken great care to make sure that our dining rooms are atmospheric places where you can unwind and chat with friends. Meals are relaxed occasions at our chalethotels with plenty of delicious, healthy food, accompanied by good wines.



Breakfast

Breakfast is served every morning until 10am. As well as a cooked breakfast, there is a buffet of juices, cereals, yoghurt and fruit, local breads and pastries, preserves and honey, along with tea, coffee, herbal teas and hot chocolate.

A selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate is available in the lounge throughout the day.



Afternoon tea

This is a sight you will come to love - a selection of cakes, biscuits, bread, jams and honey, to greet you on your return from the slopes. There's also soup, if you prefer, along with a choice of teas, coffee and plenty of hot chocolate.



Dinner

Six nights a week our chefs create a three course menu with a choice of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. On two evenings, including the evening of arrival, they will prepare a buffet with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. For those with a sweet tooth there are some memorable desserts to enjoy, or, for those who prefer savouries, we serve cheese.



Wine

To accompany your meal you have a choice of wines; two whites and two reds. These table wines are complimentary and are available throughout dinner until coffee is served. We have a selection of other wines that can be purchased at extra cost.



Special diets

If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know before you travel and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you require specialised products, it may be advisable to bring these along with you.



Special occasions

Should you be marking a special occasion and need a celebratory cake, please speak to the chalethotel staff in good time, or order it through our After Sales department prior to your holiday.



Eating out

Once a week, our chefs and kitchen staff have an evening off. This is your opportunity to explore the local restaurants. Your chalethotel will have plenty of information on the local places to eat and will be happy to book a table and arrange transport for you. Please note this meal is at your own expense. Breakfast and afternoon tea are served as usual on this day.



Seating arrangements

Many of our guests enjoy the convivial dinner party ambience of a large shared table, whereas others prefer to dine in a family group or as a couple. It does depend on the size and layout of the dining area, but our staff will always do their best to accommodate your preferences. In chalethotels Tovière, Cygnaski, Moris and Christina, where our dining rooms are designed for the more traditional chalet-style skiing holiday, guests dine together in groups.



Bars

All our chalethotels have their own bars for the use of guests. Drinks bills are charged to your room and must be paid for at the end of your holiday by Visa, Mastercard or in local currency. Please note that licensing laws prohibit the drinking of duty-free or brought-in alcohol in our public rooms.
