this friendly austrian pension (guesthouse) is located in a central area. the penkenbahn cableway is just 500 m away, and a ski bus stop is found within walking distance. the house includes a breakfast lounge with cable tv and a ski and ski boot room.

the nicely furnished rooms include balcony and often a shower/wc. those rooms with running water have access to a shower/wc in the hallway. a hearty breakfast with several types of bread, rolls, cheese, meats, marmalade and orange juice is included in the holiday price. it is a non-smoking house.
