the wirlerhof offers a prime location at the base of the slopes, adjacent to the birkhahn chairlift and opposite the children's ski area, nursery slopes, and next door to the ski hire shop. the resort-run crèche for non-skiing children is situated next to the hotel. a family-run hotel, its spacious public areas are brimming with traditional tyrolean character. much of the décor uses traditional pine and lots of decorative touches to ensure guests feel really at home. the free ski bus, serving the village of galtur, 2km away and ischgl, 20km away, stops outside. guests include families, couples and groups, many of whom return year after year for the welcoming, personal service, high standards of accommodation and superb location offered.
